Brent Cumber is the founder of The Cumber Group, a strategic advisory firm that helps founders, investors, and organizations transform ambitious ideas into high-performing enterprises.
His work focuses on venture development, operational excellence, leadership alignment, and governance frameworks that enable organizations to achieve sustainable growth.
Brent brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience with Fortune 100 company , Where he held senior roles including VP of Sales Operations, VP of Enterprise Print Services, and VP of Account Revenue Growth Program Management leading national teams responsible for enterprise strategy and operational transformation across thousands of managed services accounts.
A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and former Chief of Staff to a Divisional President, Brent directed global operational improvement initiatives and managed teams of Black Belts and Master Black Belts on mission-critical business challenges. His approach consistently integrates disciplined process improvement with strategic leadership to deliver measurable financial results and lasting organizational impact.
